As a consumer-market product, the project needed to respond & adhere to certain commercialization requirements. The following is a brief list of factors that contribute to the development of the product at hand.

The goal of this product is to minimize variations by integrating a simple mechanical solution and a simpler metric. This simple change to the traditional quad-skate design has brought with it a complex pricing issue.
Being a seasonal product, price elasticity depends on many differing elements--substitutability/cross elasticity, sell-through rate, & geo-psychographics--to name a few.
The problem of breakage (due to variations) has been laid out with fixes that may dampen the overall breakage affects. Though, at this point, probability of fruitful execution relies on product attributes more than not.

This project required basic understanding of Autocad, Solidworks, Blender, material sciences, sectoral analysis, outsourcing, hybrid retail marketing, & freight forwarding management.
